Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Selario (the “Service”), provided by Novel Inceptions LLC, Los Angeles, California (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Selario provides read-only analytics for Amazon, TikTok Shop and related advertising accounts you connect. Features may change, and some are offered in early access.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and are responsible for activity under your account and for the team members you invite. You must be authorized to connect each marketplace or ads account you connect.

3. Pricing and early access

Selario is free to start and no credit card is required. Some features (for example additional tracked keywords) are paid. We may introduce or change pricing; we will notify you in advance, and paid features are charged only after you add a payment method.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no unauthorized access, reverse engineering, scraping of other users’ data, interference with the Service, or use that violates law or marketplace terms.

5. Your data

You keep ownership of your data. You grant us permission to process it only to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Connections are read-only; we do not change your listings, prices, inventory or ads.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party platforms (such as Amazon, TikTok, Google and AI apps you connect). Their availability and terms are outside our control. Amazon, TikTok and Walmart are trademarks of their owners; Selario is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

7. Estimates and no warranty

Analytics, forecasts and estimates (including TikTok-to-Amazon lift) are statistical estimates and may be wrong. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for your business decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect accounts at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms.

10. Changes and law

We may update these Terms and will post the new date here. California law governs, with venue in Los Angeles County, California.
