Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026 (draft)
This Policy explains how Novel Inceptions LLC (“we”), Los Angeles, California, collects and uses information for Selario (selario.com and app.selario.com).
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, organization and team roles.
- Connected-account data: with your authorization, read-only data from Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads, TikTok Shop and TikTok Ads, such as orders, sales, fees, inventory, advertising and Brand Analytics data. This may include limited order details provided by the platforms.
- Data you enter: such as product costs and tracked keywords.
- Usage and device data: pages viewed, clicks, browser and device type, and approximate location from IP address.
2. How we use it
To provide, secure and improve the Service; to compute your dashboards; to communicate with you; and to measure our marketing. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use one customer’s data to serve another customer.
3. Data isolation and security
Each organization’s data is isolated and every request is checked on the server against your organization. Secrets and API tokens stay on the server. No method is 100% secure, but we use industry-standard safeguards.
4. AI connections (MCP)
If you connect an AI app (for example Claude or ChatGPT), that app can read your organization’s Selario data through read-only tools, and the data you request is shared with that app under its own privacy terms. You can disconnect at any time.
5. Cookies and analytics
The app uses essential cookies to keep you signed in. Our marketing site and app may use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads tags (Google tag / gtag.js) to understand visits and measure sign-ups (for example, a “sign_up_click” event when you click Get started). These tools set cookies or similar identifiers and may receive your IP address and browser information. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, use Google’s opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), or control ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. We also use Microsoft Clarity on our marketing site to understand how visitors use pages, through heatmaps, session replays and usage statistics. Clarity sets cookies and collects data such as clicks, scrolls and device information; see Microsoft’s privacy statement (privacy.microsoft.com). We do not place analytics cookies inside connected-account data.
6. Sharing
With service providers that host and run the Service (for example hosting, database and email providers), with the platforms you connect, when required by law, or in a business transfer.
7. Retention
We keep data while your account is active and as needed for the Service (for example, two years of keyword-trend history). You can ask us to delete your account and data.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of “sharing” for cross-context advertising. Email info@selario.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
9. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
10. Changes and contact
We will post updates here with a new date. Contact: Novel Inceptions LLC, Los Angeles, CA · info@selario.com
